Constituent Management 
 Constituent Management is a core set of features in DonorOne™. Features include the ability to track all address, phone and email information about your donors, their spouses and their household relationships. Flag any important information using pre-set flags, or create your own on the fly. All activity and communications between you and your donors is tracked and an efficient Batch Entry module improves accuracy and reduces costs as new activity is input.
To help understand and track changes made to the donor records, a full audit trail is maintained. With Segment codes, you can tag your constituents based on any activity you define, such as donation recency, frequency and amount.
Contact Fields
DonorOne™ tracks donor name and address and also tracks seasonal addresses, spouses and household relationships. The system has pre-set status flags to notify users of special conditions such as: No tax statements, no direct mail, no phone solicitation, no email solicitation, prevent merge, deceased and no response letters. In addition, any custom flags can be added and designated as low, normal, or high. High custom flags will show up first when the donor record viewed to provide an alert to that high importance flag.
Activity Tracking
Constituent Activity Tracking in DonorOne™ tracks all communications, contacts and activity by all donors. You can see a complete history of your donors' activity and run reports on your constituent activity to strengthen your relationships with your donors.
Audit Trail
Audit Trail on all changes made to the system. With each change to a record, DonorOne™ maintains a record of who made the change, when it was made, what the old information was, and what the new information is.
Batch Entry
Efficient Batch Entry Module simplifies and streamlines your batch entry process to ensure quick, accurate and efficient batch entry with support for supervisor review and a full audit trail. With these features, your entire caging team will enter data more quickly, with higher accuracy; saving you time and money.
Multiple Fund Accounting
DonorOne™ can manage unlimited numbers of funds and split donations across any number of funds.
Segmentation Coding
Segmentation codes are supported allowing you to 'tag' your donors based on any activity criteria you find useful. Reporting on your Segment Codes is extremely easy, allowing you to track and target your donors.
